About NY Before 6

Welcome to NYBefore6.com, your guide to weekday cultural activities in New York. Until now, you had to know which organizations or artists were staging weekday concerts, readings or lectures in order to find them.

Let NYBefore6 be your one-stop guide, where jazz and classical concerts, recitals, talks -- whatever! -- all over town are listed.

We don't list the performances and events that are publicized everyplace else -- no Broadway matinees, for instance. Nor the countless evening or weekend performances that already get plenty of notice. We're here for the Monday-through-Friday daytime events you won't find anyplace else.

And if you know of events you don't see listed here, please e-mail us at nybefore6@gmail.com. Thank you.
